Project Move 2025 is requesting the following information about your submission

Will a representative from your agency be present during the project to supervise and guide participants? *

Provide a phone number that we may utilize the day of the project in case we may need to reach you agency's representative. *

Will your project involve the use of tools? If so, include the tools that will be used. *

Will you provide any meals or snacks for the volunteers during the project? If so, indicate what you will be able to provide. *
